Straw Mushroom Soup

Wash the ingredients and drain.

Cut the straw mushrooms into slices, slice lean meat, slice tomatoes, slice ginger, and slice green onions.

Add oil to the saucepan, wait until the oil is hot, add ginger slices, straw mushrooms, and pour water or clear soup. When the soup is boiling, add the meat slices and cook over medium heat.

When the soup tastes out, add slices of western red persimmon, broccoli, add salt and pepper, and then sprinkle with chopped green onion.
