Sixi Roasted Bran

Several kinds of main ingredients were boiled and washed with water. Peanuts are soaked in hot water, and the others are soaked in cold water.

Cut them into small pieces separately.

Add more oil to the wok, and half-fry the roasted bran until the surface is slightly yellow.

Fry the main ingredients except peanuts in the pan.

Spray cooking wine, add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, and add more than half of the water soaked in the ingredients.

Boil it for a while and add salt and sugar chicken essence to taste, and then remove the juice.

The finished product is fresh, sweet and oily, and the vegetarian dishes have a meaty feel.
Tips:
○ The soaked bran should be squeezed out of water before proceeding to the next step.
○ When frying the bran, use more oil. You can add some green onion and ginger to fragrant. I didn't put it this time.
○ Pour some sesame oil after collecting the juice to make the dishes brighter and more fragrant.
