Small Cake

Separate the egg white from the egg yolk first, put the butter in the microwave for tens of seconds to melt for use

Whisk the egg whites with a whisk, stir the egg yolks, add 20 grams of sugar, and stir well with the butter.

Then add one-third of the flour and one-third of the beaten egg whites, and mix them up and down, without drawing circles. Add another third of the flour and egg whites, and it's OK when all are mixed.

Pour into a paper cup oven to preheat, bake at 180°C for 25 minutes
