Snack Popcorn-original + Chocolate Flavor
1.
Heat the oil until the butter melts, turn off the heat (adding some butter will make it more fragrant)
2.
Add a handful of corn kernels (don’t put too much) and stir-fry evenly
3.
Turn on medium and small heat (the fire is not brittle enough), close the lid
4.
Prepare the powdered sugar
5.
As soon as the sound of popcorn in the pot stops, open the lid (pull halfway to prevent popcorn from popping), and quickly sprinkle in powdered sugar. After a few seconds, open the lid and stir-fry evenly. It's not crispy enough at this time, it will become crispy and sweet when it is completely cold^_^
6.
If you like chocolate flavor, you can add cocoa powder to the powdered sugar
Tips:
1. Popcorn, use medium and small fire
2. The sugar must be rear, otherwise it will be mushy
3. Don't put too many corn kernels at one time, and make sure they can be in the oil.
4. The whole process is very fast, keep the pot!
5. If there is no sound of popping corn after a pause for 1 to 2 seconds, turn off the heat. Uncover the lid a little bit, sprinkle in powdered sugar, pause for a few seconds, and remove the lid (the lid has a lot of water)
6. If you want to pop popcorn multiple times, rinse the pot, wipe it dry, and wipe the lid dry each time. (The remaining powdered sugar will stick to the pot)
7. Let it cool completely before putting it in a sealed box, otherwise it will become soft
