Wok to Make Popcorn

Prepare special corn kernels and rock sugar. I bought popcorn corn kernels at the supermarket.

Warm the pan with cold oil, don't use too much oil, just put a layer on the bottom of the pan, I just use the wok that I usually cook at home.

Put in two handfuls of corn kernels on low heat (I divided the 4 corn kernels into two and burst them). The figure shows the amount of one handful.

Use chopsticks to stir evenly, so that the surface of the corn kernels are covered with a layer of oil, cover the lid, and the corn will explode soon.

I have been using a small fire, I can hear the sound of popping, and the transparent lid can see the corn kernels jumping up. It’s amazing, it has witnessed the expansion of the corn kernels~~~ I’m delighted. Open the lid and take a photo carefully, don't let them jump out~~

There are almost a few corn kernels left unpopped, turn off the heat, be careful to burn your hands, pour it out, and pick out the unpopped ones.

Put a little oil in the pot, add rock sugar, add a little water, stir and melt continuously on low heat.

When the sugar melts, pour in the popcorn, quickly stir and fry evenly, dip in the sugar water, and then turn off the heat and take it out of the pot.
