Snail Chicken Feet Soup

Defrost the chicken rack and clean it

Put the chicken into the soup pot, add a few slices of ginger

Fill up with water

Throw two star anises, bring to a boil on high heat, skim the foam, turn to low heat and boil slowly

The made snails (actually I don’t know how to make it, so I soaked it in warm water for three hours)

Wash chicken feet and remove nails

Chinese wolfberry, yam, astragalus

After boiling for two hours, remove the chicken ginger slices and throw them away

Put the things in step 8 and step 9 into the pot (the color of this soup is so strange because I added the pea soup made the day before, ignore, ignore, haha)
12.
Slowly simmer for another hour, add some salt to taste
