Snail Chicken Feet Soup

1. Defrost the chicken rack and clean it

2. Put the chicken into the soup pot, add a few slices of ginger

3. Fill up with water

4. Throw two star anises, bring to a boil on high heat, skim the foam, turn to low heat and boil slowly

5. The made snails (actually I don’t know how to make it, so I soaked it in warm water for three hours)
