Conch Scallops

1. Prepare the required materials

2. Soak the mushrooms in water in advance

3. Conch slices, scallops, soak in water ahead of time

4. Soak the glutinous rice for half an hour in advance

5. Soak the glutinous rice, add proper amount of oil and water, and bring to a boil on medium heat

6. Add the soaked ingredients

7. Cook on low heat until the glutinous rice blooms
