Duck Leg Seaweed Soup

Add water to the casserole and put the duck legs in cold water. Add ginger slices.
After the water boils, remove the boiled foam.

Soak the kelp in advance, rinse, and put in the cut kelp.

Put the soaked snails in the casserole lid and simmer for 40 minutes.

After the soup has thickened, add the fungus.

Add carrots.

Add salt and cook for 2 minutes and turn off the heat.
Tips:
1. Kelp and snail slices must be soaked softly to make the soup.
2. The fungus and carrots will not be boiled and become soft.
