Snail Soup

The snails picked up are kept in clean water for a day and spit out the sand.

Wash the snails and pour them into water. Add a spoonful of cooking wine and a few slices of ginger to get rid of fishy.

Turn the heat to low when the water boils, and cook for another 2 minutes.

The cooked soup is very beautiful dark green, the snail soup is light and delicious, with a little bitterness.

Drink the soup while it is hot to clear away heat and detoxify. After drinking the soup, you can eat snails. Use a toothpick to pick out the meat. Or cut off the tail of the snails with scissors before cooking, and you can suck them out directly after cooking. You can also add ginger, garlic, chili and stir-fry the snails to make it more flavorful.
