Living in the south, I like to eat snails. Without the aid of my hands, I can suck out the meat with one clip with chopsticks, leaving the internal organs in the shell by the way. 1. The snails I bought have had their tail tips cut off. If not, I have to cut them off by myself. Rub and wash repeatedly with both hands.

Tips:

Be sure to stir fry the whole process, and the time should not be too long, otherwise the snail meat will shrink and it will not taste good.
