The weather is too hot, I always want to have some cold food, which can relieve the heat and satisfy the appetite.
This snow-top colorful jelly uses freeze-dried lemons and freeze-dried blueberries from Hugo Town to make the jelly part. It is very fragrant, fruity, and bright in color. If there is no freeze-dried fruit, it is the same with fresh fruit.
In the snow top part, the cheese cream frosting is used. The combination of cream cheese and fresh cream not only enhances the taste, but also makes the shaping lines clearer and more obvious.
After making it, put it in the refrigerator or freeze it before eating. It's delicious!

1. Soak the lemon slices in boiling water.

2. Cool to about 35 degrees, add honey and stir well.

3. Put the gelatine tablets into cold water and soak until soft.

4. Then take it out, squeeze out the water, put it in a small bowl, and melt the insulated water.

5. Pour the gelatin liquid into the lemon water and stir well.

6. Prepare two containers and pour lemonade to 1/3 of the container. Quickly freeze in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

7. Take out the solidified jelly cup, put in a few freeze-dried blueberries, pour the remaining lemonade into the cup, you will find that the jelly liquid turns purple.

8. Then put it in the refrigerator again and freeze for 15 minutes until set.

9. Add powdered sugar to the whipped cream and beat.

10. Then add the cream cheese softened at room temperature and beat on low speed.

11. Until the two are completely fused, the volume is enlarged.

12. Put your favorite piping mouth into the piping bag, pour the cheese frosting, and squeeze it on top of the solidified jelly.

13. Add freeze-dried strawberries and blueberries, and mint leaves for a little decoration.

Tips:

If there is no freeze-dried fruit, fresh fruit can be used, the same is true. However, fresh blueberries can't produce color with water alone, they need to be boiled to turn purple.
Honey can be added after the lemonade has cooled to about 35 degrees, so that the nutrients in it will not be destroyed by the high temperature.
