Fruit Flavored Vinegar Drink

Prepare raw materials, special vinegar for fermented fruit vinegar, dried fruit, honey;

Because the freeze-dried fruit does not need to be washed, you can directly weigh the freeze-dried fruit and put it into a sealable bottle;

Add 800ml pure water to the bottle with dried fruit, warm water is best;

Add 100ML fermented vinegar;

Add 100ML honey;

Cover tightly, shake well, and leave to ferment. Because I use fermented glutinous rice vinegar, it can be consumed directly, but for the fruit to ferment, it is best to let it stand for a week and keep it sealed during the fermentation.
Tips:
Don't use homemade vinegar to make vinegar drink, use special glutinous rice vinegar; pay attention to sealing for fermentation.
