When kneading dough with eggs, add proper amount of yeast. Ferment for 1 hour, just press a hole with your finger without returning to its original position.

Divide the dough to thin.

When rushing the noodles, be careful to sprinkle flour up and down to avoid sticking to the bottom.

Cut into pieces first, then shred, and mix with flour to avoid sticking.

Heat oil and fry the noodles several times. It will be crispy, or you can see the color, just turn yellow.

After frying, pick up the oil.

After all the frying, boil the sugar, add a little water first, and then add the sugar or maltose until it becomes thick.

Pour in the ingredients prepared first. Peanuts, sesame and preserved fruits.

Pour in the fried noodles and stir fry.

Mix the noodles evenly, put it into a container, compact it by hand, and cut it cold.

Tips:
Do not add water to kneading, only use eggs. The first reason is that the muscles and bones are good when rushing the noodles, and the second is that it is easy to fry when fried. The ingredients can be used freely. You can put all the preserved fruits and nuts you want. The cold-cutting process is a bit long, and you can only cut it after it is cold. When you press first, you should also press it firmly, otherwise the cut will fall apart.
