Sour and Refreshing Pigskin

Put a small amount of oil in the pot, add the soaked pork skin, stir fry evenly, and serve.

After the pig skin is filled, the pot is still relatively oily. Put the sour bamboo shoots and chopped pepper directly, add two bowls of water, a spoonful of soy sauce, and bring to a boil.

Put the fried pork skin in, turn to medium heat after high heat, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

Add a pinch of salt and chopped celery, stir fry over high heat to collect the juice.
