Soy Sauce Eggplant

Prepare the ingredients.

Cut the eggplant into pieces with a hob.

Add a little oil to the pan and fry the garlic slices. The Xinsite pot is powerful and not sticky at all. Don't be afraid that the eggplant sucks too much oil. Just a little oil is enough!

Add XO sauce.

Add water and light soy sauce.
6.
Add eggplant.
7.
Cover and cook on low heat.
8.
Cook until the eggplant is soft and turn off the heat.
9.
Sprinkle a little chopped green onion and start!
Tips:
I didn't add salt because the sauce itself has a salty taste.
