Soybean Oil Skin with Simple Cold Dressing

Take out a piece of soybean oil skin and put it in warm water and run until the soybean oil skin is completely soft (you must use warm water)

Cut the coriander, shallots, cucumbers, carrots, ginger, garlic, and dried chilies all into pieces, diced into dice, and diced into strips~

When the soybean oil skin is soaked, take it out and shred

Heat sesame oil, pour in ginger garlic and dried chili and stir fry until it is fragrant

Pour the cut soybean oil skins, carrots, cucumbers and coriander into a large bowl, then pour in the sauteed sesame oil, add vinegar and salt and stir together! Mix it well and you're done!
