Spiced Dried Radish

This is the dried radish that was dried years ago. It is very simple. Cut the radish into strips and dry it in the sun.

Grab a handful, wash it in water, and soak in water.

Five spice powder should be added in moderation.
Soy sauce itself is very salty, so there is no need to add salt. You can also add a little sugar.
