Spiced Dried Radish

1. This is the dried radish that was dried years ago. It is very simple. Cut the radish into strips and dry it in the sun.

2. Grab a handful, wash it in water, and soak in water.

3. Soaked in just half a day.

4. Five-spice powder, chopped green onion, you can also cut a slice of garlic if you like.

5. Add Haitian Flavor Soy Sauce to the dried radish, add some five-spice powder, chopped green onion and sesame oil and mix well.

6. Soak in the fresh-keeping box for more than five days.

7. This is the last time it was marinated, I finished it. Just remove the leftover radish sticks and use the juice again.

Tips:

Five spice powder should be added in moderation.

Soy sauce itself is very salty, so there is no need to add salt. You can also add a little sugar.
