I bought some dried radish sticks one day. I tried to make a few bottles of pickled radish sticks when I was idle at home. The pickled radish sticks were eaten slowly, and they won't go bad.

Self-made Bottled Spicy Radish

1. Dried radish sticks

2. Drain after soaking and washing

3. Chopped

4. Marinate with salt in a basin

5. Cut some rice peppers

6. Heat the oil and add the rice pepper

7. Stir-fry into chili oil over low heat

8. Turn off the heat, add sugar, light soy sauce, seasoning, star anise powder, chili noodles and mix well

9. Pour into a bowl of radish, pour some sesame oil and mix well

10. Put it in a dry bottle

Tips:

Eat more spicy, add some chili noodles.
