Spicy Appetizing Chicken Feet

Soak chicken paws in water to clean, and change the water twice when soaking

The cleaned chicken feet are boiled and washed after blanching

After the chicken paws are processed thoroughly, cut off the fingertips, chop them into small pieces at random, and then quickly scald them and rinse them.

Put water in the boiling pot, put the cooking wine to boil, put the chicken feet into the boil, simmer on medium heat for 10 minutes, turn off the heat, and simmer for about 20 minutes

The lemon is sliced and diced. (I used half a lemon, the remaining lemon slices can be soaked in honey and soaked in water)

Tips:
When cooking soy sauce, you can add some water to the soy sauce. After boiling it, let it cool and put it in the chicken feet. If you see that the soup is low, you can add some cold water to it.
The saltiness of the sauce is adjusted according to personal taste.
