Spicy Chicken Neck

1. A box of fresh chicken necks, wash and set aside

2. Put it in a pot of cold water, add green onion, ginger, garlic and appropriate amount of salt. After boiling, skim the foam. Turn off the fire

3. Wash under cold water. Drain the water.

4. Put oil in the wok and pour the washed chicken neck

5. After the chicken neck is fried until slightly yellow, add pepper, chili, aniseed, bay leaves and other condiments. stir fry

6. Add the old soup. I used the broth from the previous stew, and it froze in the refrigerator. Cut into small pieces, each time you put one piece it will taste delicious.

7. Add a little sugar, salt, and soy sauce. Ten minutes after boiling on medium heat. If you like it softer, you can increase the time appropriately.

8. After ten minutes, turn on high heat, collect the soup and sprinkle a little chili powder.
