Spicy Dried Diced Radish

Diced salted radish.

The fat and lean meat are chopped together into cubes.

Cut garlic into small pieces and mince chili.

Add a little oil in a hot pan and add a little old sauce to sauté the diced pork.

Serve in a bowl and set aside (chopped knives are used for the meat, which makes it very fragrant).
