Green Peas and Dried Radish

1. Peel the edamame, wash and set aside.

2. Dry salted radish and dice, millet pepper, cut into circles, lean meat and dice, set aside

3. Stir fragrant garlic in a frying pan, add millet pepper, fry the lean meat, pour some soy sauce, and then add dried radish and fry until fragrant.

4. Then pour the green beans and stir fry for a few times, add water and simmer until cooked. Because the dried radish is very salty, no salt is added. If the dried radish is not added, salt is added here.
