Spicy Fragrant Black Fungus

Boil the water, blanch the black fungus, and then drain the water in cold water.

Stir-fry the pepper and chili in a dry pan to create a fragrance and dry them.

Cut garlic into fine pieces, cut coriander into sections, crush pepper and chili.

Garlic, pepper, and chili are made into a sauce with balsamic vinegar.

Pour the sauce into the black fungus, add chili oil, a few drops of sesame oil and mix well.

Add the coriander and mix well.

Cut the cucumber into oblique slices, place them around the plate, and pour the mixed black fungus in the middle.
8.
Cut two red pepper circles and garnish them.
