Hot and Sour Soup

1. A piece of fresh tofu, a piece of tofu skin, and a piece of duck blood.

2. Tofu, duck blood, tofu skin, and fungus are all shredded.

3. Finely chop ginger and chopped green onion.

4. Heat a wok with the bottom oil, add ginger, chopped green onion, and add 1500 ml of water.

5. Add tofu, tofu skin, duck blood, and fungus to bring to a boil.

6. Add vermicelli, add salt and cook for about 10 minutes.

7. Take a small bowl, add starch and water and grab it.

8. While stirring, slowly add water and starch to thicken.

10. Slowly pour into the soup pot and stir well, add enough vinegar and stir well.

11. Add pepper and stir well.

12. Mix in monosodium glutamate, chicken essence, and sprinkle with chopped green onion.

13. Put it out of the pot and put it in a bowl.

Tips:

This is the amount for a few people, and the taste should be adjusted according to the actual situation.
When thickening, be sure to stir well.
Use vinegar for sour and pepper for spicy, not dried chili. So, don't find chili peppers!
