Hot and Sour Soup

A piece of fresh tofu, a piece of tofu skin, and a piece of duck blood.

Tofu, duck blood, tofu skin, and fungus are all shredded.

Finely chop ginger and chopped green onion.

Heat a wok with the bottom oil, add ginger, chopped green onion, and add 1500 ml of water.

Add vermicelli, add salt and cook for about 10 minutes.

Take a small bowl, add starch and water and grab it.

This is the amount for a few people, and the taste should be adjusted according to the actual situation.
When thickening, be sure to stir well.
Use vinegar for sour and pepper for spicy, not dried chili. So, don't find chili peppers!
