Spicy Fried Rice

Sliced ham, if you don’t like to eat ham, you can replace it with other, such as sausage.

Put the oil in the wok, (I use peanut oil at home is more fragrant, of course, other cooking oils are fine!) Beat the eggs into the wok

After the eggs are beaten into the pot, they are quickly scrambled

Cut the spare slices of ham and put it in the pan

Add two spoons of hot sauce, and decide how much hot sauce you want according to your personal taste!

Stir-fry evenly. My mouth is light and no salt is added. The chili sauce itself is salty!
