Spicy Pimple Silk

Wash the pimple and cut it into thin slices

Wash the water bumps first, cut them into thin slices, and then cut into filaments

Tips:
1. Water bumps are relatively salty. Washing with water can remove part of the salt, so that it will not be overly salty.
2. This dish is sweet, salty and spicy. When frying, stir fry on high heat to keep the crispness.
3. Stir-fry with some moisture can keep longer.
