Spicy Pork Liver

Wash one piece of pork liver in brine and one piece of cucumber.

Cut thick slices of cucumber with an oblique knife and place them evenly on the plate for a week.

Cut the liver into even slices.
4.
Place them neatly on top of the cucumber slices.
5.
Take a small bowl, add minced garlic, light soy sauce, MSG, vinegar, sugar, sesame chili oil and stir well.
6.
Pour the liver on top, sprinkle chopped green onion and chives.
Tips:
Cucumbers can be sliced or shredded. \nDon't chop the liver too much. \nSpicy sauce can be added with pepper oil or mustard oil according to personal taste.
