Spicy Stir-fried Cabbage

Wash dried red pepper and cut into sections.

The cabbage is cleaned and cut into large pieces.

Heat 50% oil and sauté the chilli.

Add the cabbage cubes and stir fry, add appropriate amount of salt, 2 rice spoons of light soy sauce, half a spoon of sugar, and 1 spoon of vinegar.
5.
Stir-fry on high heat and you can get out of the pan. You can pour a few drops of sesame oil before serving.
