Fried Noodles with Shredded Pork

Put the fried noodles in cold water and boil for two minutes, then remove.

Tips:
When the fried noodles are cooked, there is just no white core inside. If there is white core, it is not cooked thoroughly, and it is too hard to taste.
Add a little oil when removing the fried noodles to avoid sticking to the pan at the back.
The final stir-frying process of fried noodles should be quick, as fried noodles tend to stick to the pan.
