Spicy Stir-fried Green Tomatoes
1.
For 3 tomatoes, I chose one pure green, one slightly blue, and one slightly red. Because pure green tomatoes have less moisture, they are easy to dry during frying.
2.
Burn the tomatoes on the stove and peel them off.
3.
Cut into thin slices.
4.
Cut each half of the green and red pepper into thin strips. Cut two slices of ginger into thick shreds, slice 2 cloves of garlic, and shred green onions.
5.
More than put in the right amount of oil. After the oil is hot, add green onion, ginger, garlic, and green and red peppers to fry for a fragrance.
6.
Add green tomato slices.
7.
Stir-fry evenly and add a teaspoon of Lee Kum Kee's fresh soy sauce.
8.
Add an appropriate amount of five-spice powder.
9.
Then add an appropriate amount of salt to taste, and stir fry until the soup comes out.
10.
Cover the pot and simmer for about one minute. Turn off the heat.
11.
Fresh and delicious, the taste is sour and spicy, and the appetizer is served again.
