Spiral French Fries with Seaweed and Mint Leaf
1.
All the ingredients are reserved. The frozen spiral fries do not need to be thawed. Add 1 tablespoon of low-gluten flour and mix evenly.
2.
Put the mint leaves into the mixed flour paste, and pour the flour paste on both sides.
3.
Heat corn oil to 160 degrees.
4.
Take out the mint leaves from the flour paste and drip the excess flour paste slightly to dry it; this will reduce the splashing of hot oil when frying, and then put the mint leaves in the oil and fry for about 20 seconds. The mint leaves can be removed when they float. .
5.
Continue to put the frozen spiral fries into the pot and fry them until golden brown, and fry them in three times, so as to avoid reducing the heat of the oil and making the fries not crispy enough.
6.
After the fries are fried, they are picked up and placed on a plate. The plate is covered with a piece of kitchen paper or absorbent paper to absorb the excess oil.
7.
When all the French fries are fried, put all the French fries in the pot and sprinkle with sea moss powder and a little sea salt.
8.
Fully wrap the seaweed powder and sea salt on the French fries using the [throwing pot] method.
9.
Put the french fries coated with seaweed powder and sea salt on the plate.
10.
Finally, add the pre-fried mint leaves to eat. When eating, the fries will taste better with chili sauce and sea salt.
Tips:
-Frozen French fries don’t need to be thawed, just put them in hot oil for frying, because there is moisture after thawing, so the hot oil will splash very badly during frying.
-Himalayan sea salt can also be replaced with ordinary salt.
-The dipping material can be replaced with mayonnaise, ketchup or your favorite sauce.
-Mint leaves can be replaced with basil or rosemary.
