Spontaneous Healthy and Nutritious Mung Bean Sprouts
1.
Just send mung beans directly. However, in order to promote seed germination, "stimulation" and "seed soaking" are usually used. After soaking the seeds, put them into the steamer (or other leaky container), it looks like the picture. Stimulus: Pour mung beans into hot water at 60°C and soak for 1 to 2 minutes; then wash them with cold water for 1 to 2 times. This is to adjust the activity of the oxidase system related to the germination of the bean seeds, and to stimulate the dormant seeds with temperature, which helps the bean seeds to germinate neatly. Seed soaking: Soak the stimulated mung beans in water for one night (8-12 hours). The most suitable water temperature for soaking seeds is 20~23℃. You can use warm water in winter and cold water in summer.
2.
Water 2 to 4 times a day, and after another day, it will look like the picture in the picture.
3.
After two days...

I can’t wait to take some and eat some bean sprouts I made myself. The kids really like it (^_^)
5.
Three days later, the lateral roots began to grow, and this was done.
6.
Pour out, according to personal preference, you can also cut off the roots at the bottom. (I didn't cut it off, I'm not willing to chant)
7.
Wash with plenty of water and remove the mung bean husks.
Tips:
1. Children always open to watch, there is too much light, so Douban is a bit red. It is recommended to cover with a layer of cotton cloth to avoid sunlight and better moisturize.
2. The amount of water should be large each time you pour water. At the same time, the bean sprouts in the whole container should be thoroughly drenched, and the heat of each part of the sprouts in the whole container should be adjusted evenly.
3. You can also fill the entire container with water, and make the water surface higher than the surface of the bean sprouts by about 2 cm, so that the bean sprouts in the container are generally immersed in water, and then put all the water away or pour it out.
