Spring Bamboo Shoots Mixed with Radish Seedlings

Blanch the radish seedlings in water, drain the water, and blanch the spring bamboo shoots in water

Cut the spring bamboo shoots into thin strips, peel the carrots and cut into thin strips, mince garlic; put the radish noodles, carrot shreds, spring bamboo shoots and garlic in a bowl

Drizzle with soy sauce lemon salad dressing and sesame oil (if you don't have soy sauce lemon salad dressing, you can use light soy sauce + rice vinegar + lemon juice instead)
4.
Stir well and enjoy
