Spring Vegetable Meatball Soup

Prepare the main raw materials.

Pick and wash the spring vegetables, then chop them into fine pieces.

After the meatballs are washed, cut a few knives on the surface to facilitate cooking; cut the ginger into thin strips.

Add the ginger shreds to the pot and bring it to a boil.

Tips:
1: It's really not difficult to cook this soup. If you don't like it too light, use a small amount of oil to blow the ginger.
2: Pepper can improve freshness and remove fishy, don't omit it.
