Spring Wild Vegetables ~ Chrysanthemum Omelette

1. Wash and chop the chrysanthemum tip.

2. Add eggs, flour, salt and water and stir to make a batter.

3. Turn on the electric baking pan, brush the oil and pour the batter.

4. Flatten out with a shovel.

5. Fry for three to five minutes.
