Squid with Cold Salad
1.
Prepare raw materials in advance
Talking: It is better to choose fresh or chilled squid. Dry squid has a hard texture. It is not recommended to choose. The squid will shrink after being blanched, so it is best to prepare a sufficient amount, otherwise it will not be enough to eat.
2.
Clean the fresh squid and cut it into sections, add salt, green onion, ginger slices, and cooking wine to pickle it for flavor. Talk about it for about 15 minutes: cooking wine, ginger slices, and green onion can help remove the smell of squid
3.
Cut the spicy millet and green chili into rings; chop the garlic and set aside
4.
Put the spicy millet, green chili, cooking wine, garlic, green onion, light soy sauce, sugar, oyster sauce, and salt into a bowl to make a sauce
5.
Pour clear water into the pot and bring it to a boil. Pour the marinated squid into boiling water for blanching, then remove it and place it in a bowl.
6.
Pour the adjusted juice on the squid silk, stir well and serve
7.
A chewy plate of cold squid whiskers is ready, and it has a slight spicy flavor after one bite, and it can’t stop at all.
