Cheese and Seafood Baked Rice

All ingredients are ready (Note: I forgot to take two eggs)

Blanch the straw mushrooms, squid silk, peas, red peppers, corn kernels, and broccoli separately and cool them aside

Tips:
1. I am afraid of growing meat, so the amount of cheese is not large. If you want a richer milk flavor, you can add two more slices. The baked rice is really more affordable and more delicious than those sold in western restaurants;
2. The treatment of rice can be white rice or stir fry like I did. The two flavors are very different, but they are both delicious;
