Steamed Beans

Material picture, the beans are washed in advance and drenched with water.

Wash the beans, remove the tendons and pinch, add sesame oil or salad oil

Add salt and mix well later,

Mix the flour and beans evenly with your hands.

Cover the cage with cage cloth, put the mixed beans on the cage, steam it in the cage, put it on when the water boils, and steam for 12 minutes on medium heat.

When steaming the beans, prepare the garlic mash. I am used to using a stone mortar. The mashed garlic tastes good.

Take out the garlic, add light soy sauce and sesame oil to taste, add a little sugar.

Turn off the heat and take out the steamed beans, pour them on the chopping board to dissipate the moisture, and serve with garlic mash.
Tips:
1. The green beans must be washed in advance to get rid of the water.
2. You can steam other vegetables in the same way.
3. There are few seasonings needed for steaming vegetables, but the order of addition must be paid attention to, first add oil and then add salt.
4. The role of oil on the one hand makes the steamed vegetables taste sweet and waxy, and on the other hand it is also a binder for flour and vegetables, with a slightly larger amount.
5. The steamed vegetables need to be poured out quickly to loosen the steamed vegetables.
6. The minced garlic can be replaced with chili sauce or other sauces.
