Steamed Chicken with Mushrooms and Fungus

Soak dried shiitake mushrooms and fungus in advance.

Prepare the chicken nuggets.

Put the grass chicken in a pot of cold water, bring to a boil, and blanch it. fish out.

Wash the soaked black fungus and shiitake mushrooms, and cut the shiitake mushrooms with a cross knife. (You don’t have to cut it)

Put the processed chicken nuggets, shiitake mushrooms and fungus into a large soup bowl, add ginger slices and cooking wine.

Pour in boiling water. If you don't like to drink soup, use less soup, as you like.

Tips:
This chicken soup can be steamed without water and some seasonings, which has a different flavor.
If you can't cut shiitake mushrooms, don't cut it. Feel free.
