Steamed Dandelion

Wash the dandelion, remove the roots, add salt and mix thoroughly.

Knock into an egg and grab it with your hands.

Sprinkle in an appropriate amount of flour, and also grasp it with your hands, so that the dandelion is evenly covered with flour.

Put the processed dandelion in the plate, and put the plate in the steamer.

When steaming dandelion, make a garlic juice, add garlic crushed, salt, soy sauce, vinegar, oyster sauce, sesame oil in a bowl and mix thoroughly.

Steam it on high heat for four to five minutes before it can be cooked.
