Steamed Jinchang Fish with Puning Bean Sauce

1 Jinchang fish, remove the internal organs, wash, and cut an oblique knife on the fish.

The bean paste is set aside.

Pour two spoons of soy sauce on the fish body and spread evenly.

Add the shredded ginger and green garlic, let stand for more than half an hour.

Put it on the steamer and steam for 15 minutes.

Turn off the heat and steam again for 5 minutes.
