After seeing China on the tip of my tongue, I was particularly nostalgic. I remembered many delicious foods I had eaten when I was a child. Among them was Puning bean paste. I had bought bean paste from other regions before and realized that only Puning products are delicious, otherwise bean paste. Why add the word "puning" before the name! "

Steamed Jinchang Fish with Puning Bean Sauce

1. 1 Jinchang fish, remove the internal organs, wash, and cut an oblique knife on the fish.

2. The bean paste is set aside.

3. Pour two spoons of soy sauce on the fish body and spread evenly.

4. Add the shredded ginger and green garlic, let stand for more than half an hour.

5. Put it on the steamer and steam for 15 minutes.
