Steamed Lamb
1.
Wash the lamb, drain the water, and cut into small strips.
2.
Add 1 teaspoon of white wine and mix well, then add the ginger and garlic that can be cut into large cubes, add some salt and bean paste, and mix well.
3.
Sprinkle with chili noodles and pepper noodles and mix well (the amount of spicyness depends on your taste).
4.
Pour in clear oil, mix well, and marinate for half an hour.
5.
Basically, I use peas (peas should be cooked in advance), then mix in salt and rice noodles, and spread under the steamer.
6.
Stir the mutton with rice noodles before steaming and put it in a steamer.
7.
After the water in the pot is boiled, put it in a steamer and steam it on high heat for half an hour. Sprinkle some chopped green onion before starting the pot.
Tips:
Steamed lamb is a warm cabbage this winter.
