Steamed Long-mouth Fish in Black Bean Sauce

When you buy the sharp-billed fish, ask the merchant to kill them, remove the scales and internal organs, etc., come back and clean them for a while and then drain the water for later use;

Cut the ginger, chop the garlic, wash the tempeh and cut it slightly to get the flavor;

Then add ginger, garlic, tempeh, oil, salt, light soy sauce, pepper, sugar, cooking wine, etc. to the bowl, and mix thoroughly;

Pour the adjusted sauce on the fish;

Tips:
There is a big bone in the middle of the sharp-billed fish, and the others are small bones. Adults can eat it together, but don't give it to children to avoid indigestion or choking of the throat.
