Back to my natal house for a while, my brother buys vegetables and I cook every day, ha ha! Because my sister-in-law has gone back to my natal house, I came back to work as a rice cooker, take care of the diet of the two little nephews, and of course my son. It's really not easy and tired! However, I also ate the fresh and novel sharp-mouthed fish, which is actually a windfall! (Expand)"

Steamed Long-mouth Fish in Black Bean Sauce

1. When you buy the sharp-billed fish, ask the merchant to kill them, remove the scales and internal organs, etc., come back and clean them for a while and then drain the water for later use;

2. Cut the ginger, chop the garlic, wash the tempeh and cut it slightly to get the flavor;

3. Then add ginger, garlic, tempeh, oil, salt, light soy sauce, pepper, sugar, cooking wine, etc. to the bowl, and mix thoroughly;

4. Pour the adjusted sauce on the fish;

5. Steam on the pot for about 6-8 minutes until cooked;

6. Just sprinkle chopped green onion before serving!

Tips:

There is a big bone in the middle of the sharp-billed fish, and the others are small bones. Adults can eat it together, but don't give it to children to avoid indigestion or choking of the throat.
