Steamed Mara Cake
1.
Materials needed: one bag of self-rising cake powder, four eggs, appropriate amount of white sugar, 200ml water, appropriate amount of raw oil.
2.
Beat four eggs into the basin.
3.
Add 200ML of water prepared before.
4.
Use a blender to beat the foam.
5.
Add a little raw oil.
6.
Add white sugar (the instructions let you add 250 grams, I think that is too sweet, I added such a small bottle, it tastes just right).
7.
Continue to stir, stir the white sugar.
8.
Add the self-raising powder slowly, stirring while adding.
9.
After adding a bag of powder, stir it evenly into a particle-free paste.
10.
Prepare a steaming dish and apply a layer of oil on the inner wall.
11.
Pour the previously stirred paste into the basin.
12.
Added a few red dates.
13.
Boil water in the pot. After the water is boiled, put in the evenly stirred powder paste, cover the lid, and steam for 25 minutes on high heat.
14.
After 25 minutes, open the lid and insert a toothpick. If there is no liquid sticking to the toothpick, it will be cooked. If it is not cooked, continue to steam for 10 minutes.
Tips:
1. When stirring the egg mixture, you can stir it for a while, so that the cake will be softer
2. You can replace the white granulated sugar with brown sugar.
3. Putting the baking powder in advance will lose its effectiveness and affect the softness of the cake, so put the baking powder at the end.
