Yogurt Muffins

Prepare the materials

Add eggs, yogurt, sugar and stir until the sugar melts

Add in self-raising cake flour and stir until there is no dry flour

Wake up for 5 minutes

Heat oil in a flat-bottomed non-stick pan, scoop a spoonful of batter into the pan, and fry slowly. After the batter has solidified, turn off the heat and wait for one minute. (Things with sugar tend to stick to the pan, turn off the heat and use the residual heat to heat the cake more evenly, or make the cake looser) Turn over and fry carefully until golden.
