Add matcha powder and mix well
5.
Filter 3 times
6.
Let stand for more than half an hour (I am anxious and only waited for 20 minutes)
7.
Put it into the pudding bottle, cover it with tin foil, put it in the rice cooker, steam for 5 minutes after boiling the pot on cold water, and keep it warm for 5 minutes.
8.
The steamed pudding feels slightly trembling when it shakes. Take it out and let it cool and put it in the refrigerator for half a day. It will taste better. .
Tips:
Actually, I want to use a steamer, I found out after searching in the kitchen for a long time.
There is no steamer in this house? If you use a steamer, it is also a cold water pot.
After the high heat is boiled, turn to a low heat for seven or eight minutes, then simmer for a few minutes.
