Steamed Noodles with Beans

1. Carob segments and pork belly slices are mixed evenly;

2. Add shallots, garlic slices, shredded ginger, salt, chicken powder, corn oil, oil consumption, and a fresh product;

3. Mix thoroughly and stand still for 10 minutes;

4. Put it into the machine and steam for 20 minutes;

5. After steaming, take out and stir slightly;

6. Spread the thin noodles flat until they are steamed, without stirring;

7. Sprinkle corn oil on the fine noodles to prevent sticking together when steaming;

8. Send it to the machine again and steam for 30 minutes,

9. Zhongtong doubled 3-4 times;

10. After being steamed, serve on a plate and drizzle with vinegar;

Tips:

The less the amount of fine noodles, the shorter the steaming time
