Steamed Salted Fish

Ingredients: a salted mackerel.

Accessories: cooking wine, light soy sauce, green onions, ginger.

Chop the salted fish into pieces and soak in water for 2 hours.

Chop the green onion and ginger and set aside.
5.
Wash the soaked fish pieces, add cooking wine, light soy sauce, green onions, and ginger. Mix it well.

Put it in a steamer and steam for 20 minutes.

Take it out and put it on a plate, add red pepper to garnish, ready to eat.
