The dried vegetables were sent home by my relatives during the Spring Festival. They were originally given to me to make Mei Cai Kou Po. I have never had the opportunity to make them. Steamed Sausage with Dry Vegetables

1. Ready to dry vegetables

2. Soak dried vegetables in water

3. Ready sausage
