Steamed Sausage with Dry Vegetables

Ready to dry vegetables

Soak dried vegetables in water

Ready sausage

Wash the soaked dried vegetables, add some minced ginger and garlic, wash the sausages and place them on the dried vegetables

Add water to the steamer

Put in a big bowl

Steam for half an hour

Tips:
1. Soak the sausages and wash them with hot water.
2. Dried vegetables are very dry and salty, soak them in water before steaming.
