Pork with Dried Vegetables and Plum

Tips:
1. Blanch the pork belly in a pot with cold water, and clean it with hot water after picking it up;
2. The amount of light soy sauce and dark soy sauce is increased or decreased according to the color of the braised dishes you like;
3. It is best to add enough water for the stew at one time. If you need to add water halfway, you must heat the water.
